Kormákur & Skjöldur

Here is another cool Icelandic fashion brand called Kormákur & Skjöldur. It was established in the fall of 2010. What a stunning take on classic menswear!

Kron by KronKron

I want to introduce some cool things I found in Iceland. Kron By KronKron is an Icelandic fashion brand founded by a designer couple Hugrun Arnadottir and Magni Porsteinsson. They are know for gorgeous shoes and clothes. You can take a look at the latest collection on the website (and shop online too!). These beautiful photos are from past seasons and taken by Icelandic photographer Saga Sig.

New faces in town

I'm a fan of  Miller & Goodman's work. Their new super cute FaceMaker blocks are in stores now and at least Ombrellino here in Helsinki sells them. The new blocks can also be combined with earlier ShapeMaker blocks for even more possibilities!

Rie Elise Larsen

What a relaxing Easter I had, lot's of sleep and no hurry! I don't normally decorate for Easter at all because to me it makes no sense to decorate only for few days. All I made this past weekend was two paper garlands from Danish Rie Elise Larsen's colorful papers and they can be used all year round. By the way, the homepage of Rie Elise is filled with wonderful things and images. Check it out!

Colours of Reykjavik

I visited Iceland for the first time in my life a week ago and instantly fell in love with the country. The nature is incredible and unique, Reykjavik is small and cosy and people easy-going and friendly. Reykjavik also has a unique, colourful range of houses and I must have taken several hundred photos of the different buildings and walls. Here are some pics of the colourful city!
