I've been a lousy blogger for the past two months due to so much work. My new year's resolution is to cut all the unnecessary bullshit and say 'no' more often. However, this year starts with new energy and colour! I think there will never be a spring without pastels. These cool photos are by German graphic designer and illustrator André Britz. Hyvää alkavaa vuotta  kaikille ! Viime vuoden loppu meni sellaisessa kiireessä että blogi hiljeni tyystin. Kaikkea ei vaan ehdi. Uudenvuodenlupaukseni onkin sanoa useammin ei ja karsia turhia hommia. During our holiday week we did a small trip to Stockholm. If you don't have a lot of time in the city, there is one museum that should be on every visitors list: Fotografiska. It is a top quality photography museum with nice interior, great exhibitions and a super nice cafe on the top floor. Definitely worth a visit!

Lomaviikolla teimme pienen reissun Tukholmaan ja pakko on hehkuttaa, että yksi museo siellä on aivan ylitse muiden, nimittäin Fotografiska. Museo itsessään on tyylikäs ja näyttelyt maailman luokkaa. Me näimme tällä kertaa Henri Cartier-Bressonin sekä Ruud van Empelin upeat näyttelyt. Bonuksena päälle oli ylimmän kerroksen bistro, josta on huippunäkymät yli Tukholman ja loistavat sapuskat. Kotiin tuli kannettua tuliaisena Vee Speersin hieno juliste joka vielä odottaa ripustamista.

Little people in the city

Have you seen these yet? These intriguing photos with miniature people among the ordinary objects are part of an ongoing art project by anonymous artist called Slinkachu from the UK.  I recently bought a book about this project called Little people in the city: The street art of Slinkachu. The book is available in Amazon web shops.
