Stripes part 1

This Christmas will be striped! I've been making these crocheted ornaments during the evenings for some weeks now and start to have quite a collection. I will give them as presents to friends and save a few for the tree.

Knitting season

I only knit during the winter so now is the high season. In just three evenings I made these super nice and easy caps for the kids. You can find instructions for the cute hat by Tiina in her lovely blog Muita Ihania.

Winter project

Here is another knitting-related post. This project has been going on for more than a year. Now I finally decided to put it together. It will be a woollen throw and it's not going to be ready this week, or even the next, but this winter at least. When I get it done, I'll show you.

Knitting helps

I have to post this cool bag by Astorknot, because what it says is so true. If my day has been challenging or stressful for some reason (and believe me, there has been a few of those recently...) I take out my knitting and it usually helps. Hope it helps you too.
